About

Supporting your journey to find inner peace.

Hello! Welcome to Blended Pathways Therapy, PLLC.

I'm Liz Meyer, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me.

My life journey has been more of a winding path than a straight line. Born in Southern California, I've lived in Colorado, Washington, Wyoming, Texas, and now North Dakota. This diverse background has taught me to embrace different communities, appreciate both rural and urban life, and understand that our shared humanity transcends geographical boundaries.

As humans, we all face challenges: loss, stress, anxiety, relationship complexities, illness, and life-altering events. These experiences ignited my desire to become a social worker. I deeply yearn to offer support to others by walking alongside them on their unique journeys. We all possess the strength and perseverance to navigate life's challenges, but sometimes we encounter darkness and feel lost. In those moments, I want to be a source of light, offering resources and support until you rediscover your own way.

I hold a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (B.S.S.W.) from the University of North Dakota, where I also minored in American Indian Studies and Chemical Dependency. I am currently licensed in North Dakota as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC).

My goal is to work with you and explore a blend of therapeutic solutions that are based on your values and your beliefs, to help you discover helpful ways to navigate your journey.
